Bridge to Jobs Rally

On Thursday, January 15, 2009 Congressman Cleaver had a meeting with UAW leadership and other labor leaders to discuss putting together a rally for the support of the 2nd payment of the Automakers bridge loan coming up for Congressional vote the end of February.  The scheduled date for the rally is Sunday, February 8, 2009 at 2:00 PM.  Located has not yet been set.  Active participants of this rally are Labor, The Dealership Association and community and political leaders from both Kansas and Missouri.

Please check back, as we are hoping for a significant turnout.  Everyone is invited to attend.
