Fall 2008 Entrepreneurship Class

Class will be held at the Building Trades, 400 S Main St., Independence, MO  64050

The first night of school will be Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 5 PM.

There are a total of 12 nights of class.

Tuition is $396 for the class - Local Union 124 members to be reimburse by the local union following successful completion of the course.

Class fee includes the Longview Community College tuition, all course materials and fees.

Each student completing the class will receive 3 college credit hours.,

You will create:

• A feasibility study for yourself.
• A business plan for yourself.
• Learn about issues of marketing.
• Long term planning and projections.
• Many other details of starting a business.

During the class you will be networked with:

• Banks/financial institutions.
• Insurance providers.
• Bonding organizations.
• Suppliers.
• Payroll and bookkeeping services.
• Professional trade associations.
• And others.
